Her Wardrobe is an online women designer wear rental company in Melbourne, Australia.
The biggest challenge:
To rent out designer wear to a young audience (18-34) that knows their Gucci from their Prada.
And break a few myths surrounding the rental market such as hygiene, sizing (especially when buying online last minute for an event).
With our experience in scaling brands to profitable $100K months, we followed a five-step approach.
- Following our 'Audience Architect’ Framework we researched and created an ideal customer persona with relevant aspirations, desires and pain points.
- Heavily advertised on Instagram with User Generated Content. Some strategies from unboxing videos to customers sharing images and videos wearing the clothes were used.
- The secret sauce to get the ad account X4 ROAS. Our ‘Rapid Creative Testing’ Formula led to finding winning creative.
